EstateBeacon Privacy Policy

EstateBeacon is a local-first estate cleanout inventory app from A Pixel Above. This policy explains how the app handles information in the current local-only version.
Information You Enter
You may enter project names, property addresses, room names, item names, item categories, recommendations, notes, and photos. In this version, that information is stored locally on your device.
No EstateBeacon Backend Sync
EstateBeacon does not operate backend account sync in this version. Project and inventory data are not sent to an EstateBeacon server.
Photos And Camera
EstateBeacon uses camera and photo library access only when you choose to take or select photos for projects, rooms, or items. Photos are stored locally on your device for use inside the app.
On-Device Photo Suggestions
EstateBeacon may use Apple on-device image and text recognition features to suggest categories or recommendations. You can edit item details manually at any time.
Apple Services
EstateBeacon uses Apple system services where appropriate. Sign in with Apple may be used to create a local app profile. Address suggestions use Apple MapKit, and tapping a saved address can open Apple Maps.
Analytics And Advertising
The current version of EstateBeacon does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
Deleting Data
Deleting the app may remove locally stored app data from your device, subject to normal iOS behavior and device backups. You can also remove projects and items inside the app where delete options are available.
